• For pre-order---Arrival of items: Item(s) takes at least 5-8 days to arrive after I have settled all the payment (including all payment made by buyers). Item(s) will be sent out the next business day upon arrival of the item(s).

• All pictures shown in the Website may be vary from the actual stock. Actual colours of items might differ due to lightings or monitor resolution. If you are sensitive on this, please don't make any order.

• Please order at your own risk and interpretation (the material, brand, cutting).For those who are not willing to wait, please do not place any order

• Order will be reserved for you upon receipt of FULL PAYMENT on first come first serve basis.

• All the prices are non-negotiable.

• Amount of payment will be refunded back to buyer IF the ordered-item is out-of-stock.
